The main hero of the game is an Italian nobleman assassin Ezio auditore da Firenze, who continues his fight with the order of the Knights Templar in Rome.

Assassin's Creed 0Brotherhood continues the storyline Ezio. Sequel Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which continues the story branch Ezio auditore da Firenze.

Gameplay is standard for Assassin's Creed series and is an evolution of the Assassin's Creed II gameplay.
