Enemy Territory Quake Wars Game gameplay Wolfenstein Enemy Territory and is the second multiplayer-focused game in the Quake series (after Quake 3 Arena). Although the game and the gameplay inherits Wolfenstein Enemy Territory but it contains vehicles aviation 6 stationary guns asymmetric teams much larger maps (levels) as well as the computer boots. Also ET QW is a fully commercial game unlike its predecessor. Plot the game is related to its predecessors on the series Quake - Quake II and Quake 4. The game takes place in a sci-fi universe of games but 50 years before the events which is narrated in Quake II. Thus ET QW is a prequel to Quake II.

Enemy Territory Quake Wars Game May 21 2007 it was announced that id Software will release a version of the game for Linux and Aspyr Media - for Mac OS X 8 February 20 2008 it was stated that the ET QW will be developed in the shareware online game «Quake Wars Online» firms «Dragonfly» and Activision Korea. The new game will be distributed only on the territory of South Korea. 3 August 2007 came the second beta version of the game. Instead of cards from the previous beta this version contained a different card - Valley (English Valley.). This card has been shown in many pre-release videos and was available for the game at QuakeCon 2006. Also the game code has been modified to improve performance and add new features.
